Spiders' Den Chalet is situated in the small village of Essert Romand, 4km (2.5 miles) from the centre of Morzine. The chalet has a superb south-facing position, and the ground floor apartment is bright and sun-filled' with a huge deck outside ideal for catching the rays and summer outdoor dining.
There is a sleek well equipped kitchen, with dishwasher and full sized oven and induction hob, a dining table seating 6, and a relaxing area next to the full-length sliding glass doors leading out onto the deck.
The bedrooms are beautifully made up with luxury White Company linen, towels and throws; there are 2 doubles and 1 king, plus the sofabed in the lounge can be used if needed. The master bedroom has an ensuite bath and WC, and there is a shower room with WC in between the 2 doubles.
A washing machine and tumble dryer are available on site; wi-fi is free of charge, and there is a DVD player and TV in the lounge, with Ipod dock too. Secure ski storage is provided in the "cave" next to the apartment.
There is a bus service which you can catch in Essert Romand (the "balad'Aulps" service); it runs 7 times a day in each direction in the winter season and costs 1 euro per person each way. However we do recommend that you have your own transport to stay at Spider's Den.
