Mountain Highs Self-catered Holidays

Since we established Mountain Highs in Morzine in 1995 we have expanded our portfolio of chalets and apartments up to the seventeen properties you will see on the following pages.

Most properties have a fixed changeover day (Saturday or Sunday) but one or two apartments have flexible arrival and departure days, and may be available for long weekends, especially in low season. Most self-catered properties are available winter and summer. We can offer you 2 bedroomed apartments right up to 5-bedroomed chalets, all ranging in standard from "good" to "luxury".

Our high reputation is well-earned:

We live in Seytroux (15 mins from Morzine) all year round, and we know all our properties in detail, so we can tell you exactly how far they are from the lifts or ski bus, how far it is to the supermarket, what the parking's like, whether they are suitable for children or disabled people, are they likely to be noisy, how many WC's per floor, etc.

We only deal with properties we consider to be of a good standard and at decent prices. We have always believed in being straight forward and honest, and guarantee that the descriptions of our properties are truthful, and their map locations are exact.

We have a high standard of cleaning and maintenance of our properties: all properties will be thoroughly cleaned between lets and if you encounter any maintenance issues weaim to resolve them as soon as we can.

With Mountain Highs, the price we quote you for self-catered accommodation always includes the following:

  • An in-resort service which includes check-in and check-out at the property
  • Bed linen, 2 towels per person, bathmats and tea towels.
  • Standard cleaning at the end of your stay (winter only)
  • Local Tourist Tax (Taxe de sejour)
  • All utilities (heating, water, wi-fi where applicable)

  • Ski passes ready for you on arrival

  • Advice and help with booking ski lessons and childcare - babysitting
  • Discounted and ski and board hire
  • Grocery delivery service - we can provide a grocerydelivery service for a charge of €10 per large bag of groceries just tell uswhat you'd like to be in the property when you arrive and we'll have it readyfor you, and you pay us on arrival.

With some self-catered properties it can be a good idea to have your own transport, whether you self-drive from the UK or hire cars at Geneva airport.

Most of our properties are centrally located so this is not necessary, but a few are 10-15 minutes walk or more from the town, and none of the Morzine free ski bus services runs at night-time (taxi / minibus taxis are available however). Free parking for at least 1 car is always available withall our properties; some places especially the stand-alone chalets have several car parking spaces. 

Please note that all our properties are strictly non-smoking. Pets are not allowed except by arrangement and only in certain properties.
