Chalet Nicole – sleeps 11

This beautiful stand-alone chalet was built in 2002/3 with practical design in mind.  The accommodation is spread over 3 floors and is of a very high standard.  The chalet is eminently suitable for families with children as there are bedrooms and bathrooms on the top floor and on the ground floor, with the living area on the middle floor, meaning each generation can have their own space!

The chalet is situated on a hillside 5km from Morzine just below the hamlet of Cote d’Arbroz, above the village of Essert Romand, and offers amazing views over the valley floor and of the surrounding peaks of Nantaux, SuperMorzine and Ressachaux. PLEASE NOTE: At present there are no ski buses so it is essential to have your own transport.  It’s a 10-minute drive to Morzine or to the chair lift at the back of Mt Chery (for access to Les Gets), or a 15-min drive to the Ardent bubble.

Downstairs is the entry / utility room with heated boot dryer, 2 twin rooms and a bunk bedroom, and a shower room with WC and separate WC / basin. On the main floor is the lovely lounge, with fireplace and TV area, warm underfloor heating, endless sofas and armchairs, and the dining area and excellent kitchen. Also on this level is a WC / basin.  On the top floor are a triple bedroom (3 single beds), a twin bedroom with balcony, a WC / basin and a vast family bathroom with bath and shower cubicle.
