A lovely cosy apartment which was converted from a Savoyarde barn, keeping all the original wood and beams on the inside, and is an excellent choice for holidays on a budget for families or couples. The building is 2km from the centre of Morzine by road, and although there is a free ski bus stop only 30m away, which takes you up to Les Prodains in 5 minutes, it is a good idea to have your own transport if you want to go out at night.  There is a parking space right next to the apartment.

Entry is via a rear staircase & balcony, into a hallway with 2 double bedrooms (one with handbasin), a WC and a bathroom with bath / overhead shower.  The comfortable open plan kitchen / dining area and lounge has a small balcony.  A wooden staircase leads up to a mezzanine under the eaves, with 2 alcoves each with a double futon and Velux skylights.
