Chalet Les Berots – sleeps 6 - 8 Chalet Les Berots is a medium sized modern demi-chalet (i.e semi-detached) sleeping 6 – 8 on 4 levels, with 90 sq m of space. The chalet is situated approx 1.2km by road from the old centre of Morzine (where the supermarket, post office and several bars and restaurants are situated) and it is possible to walk in to town in 10 minutes, taking a short cut opposite the chalet. The “D” bus stops 30m from the front door (for getting to the centre of town and to the Pleney slopes) and the “A” bus stops 150m down the road (for getting to the Avoriaz cable car at Les Prodains). Les Berots has a sunny position on the south-facing side of the valley, right at the bottom of the main road which links Morzine to Avoriaz.
This well-equipped chalet has a garage at ground level (great for secure mountain bike storage) and also a utility / ski room with washing machine. On the main floor is the open-plan lounge and kitchen / dining area, with a wood burning stove. There is a double sofabed plus a couple of armchairs, and dining table seating 8. On the upper floors are the 3 bedrooms (1 large king-size double, 1 bunk bedroom and 1 twin room), a bathroom with WC and a separate WC.
